Christ and the Church
The last words of the Lord Jesus contain a brief summary of Christian doctrine, a concise epitome of Church truth. Beginning with those last verses in Matthew, the author goes on to illuminate the omnipotence of the risen Saviour, the universal and spiritual character of the Church, The Name of God in the Old and New Covenants, The Church and the World, Heathenism and the Great Commission, and more.
